As a Board Certified Life Coach and Professional Dance Instructor, I am excited about encouraging people to live their best life. And while I love working with people from all backgrounds and vocations, I am especially driven to work with ARTISTS and people who want to tap into their CREATIVITY. For years, long before I became certified or even had the thought of becoming a Life Coach I always loved talking to Artists, encouraging them and helping them build strategies that empower them to be and do for a living what fills their passion. I know what it takes as I have had a 30+ year career so far of living the life I love.
The relationship I have with my clients is a partnership relying on a high level of trust and connection. My life coaching process begins by providing a safe space for you to break from distraction and re-align your best self.
You will experience increased self confidence, inspiration, motivation, passion, purpose and meaning for all areas of your life. You will develop life long skills to handle challenges that come up by improving mindfulness and emotional self care.
I support and challenge my clients to help them realize and reach their personal and professional goals.

What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a process of discovery and action to help the client move forward in achieving their personal, professional and/or life goals. In one-on-one sessions, we explore what you want to achieve in your personal or professional life – whether it be balance, promotion, starting a new venture, or any other aspect of your life you would like to improve – and then we begin the process of achieving those goals.

What is the difference between Coaching, Consulting and Counseling?
Coaching – Listening, asking questions and guiding the client to their own answers as well as giving advice on how to move toward one’s goals.
Consulting – Assessing the current situation, then offering information, suggestions, and action plans to the client.
Counseling and psychotherapy – Processes of feeling, understanding and healing deep emotional issues.

Choose Your Coaching Method
One on one: This is when we get together face to face in a comfortable environment where you feel safe to express yourself. We discuss your own personal goals and come up with action plans to achieve them.
Facetime, Zoom, Skype, or Phone: You do not have to leave the comfort of your home. Express yourself on the phone and or skype. These sessions are very useful for those who need to save time on getting to another location. Just as if we were meeting in person, we discuss your personal goals and come up with action plans to achieve them.
These sessions usually have 3-8 people in the group and we focus on a project or specific subject you may be interested in. These sessions often lead us down several paths that may want to be followed up with an individual coaching session.

What is a guided laughter meditation session?
It is where you will be guided to laugh with a group as a form of exercise. You will start with being guided through a simple meditation as a warm up and cool down, just as you would have in a physical exercise class.
We are going to do lots of breathing. Deep breathing during the meditation brings oxygen to our body and brain which gives us more energy.
Lack of oxygen is implemented in most diseases. You will be doing a lot of breathing to get out the stale air and bring in the fresh air. This may leave you feeling more energized.
Meditation is a practice where we train our minds, promote relaxation, build energy, develop compassion, patience and love. This is so healing.
Laughter is known to bring medical, physical, physiological and even spiritual benefits. Laughter is healing.
This combination will leave you feeling relaxed, full of happiness, compassion and love, stimulated and full of energy.
